I sent DWQ copies of a NWP 27/401 WQC application for the Brice Creek Mitigation Site located in Craven Co. last week.
Raleigh Bland just called to my attention that I had listed the wrong river basin on the cover letter. Attached is the revised
cover letter with the correct information (Neuse River Basin). The PCN form already contained the correct information.
Sorry about the error. Let me know if you need me to mail hard copies as well.
