Attached is the correct filing fee for the Tarin Woods subdivision. I was not aware that temporary impacts were figured into the total fee
required. One note though: in the letter we received from Cyndi Karoly, it states that page 6 of our application reflects 273 linear feet of
stream impact. That is incorrect. The permanent stream impacts total 148 linear feet. The temporary stream impact associated with the
sewer line totals 125 square feet (25 linear feet, according to the engineer). Therefore, the total cumulative impacts, both permanent and
temporary, should total 173 linear feet, not 273 linear feet. Thanks.
