The site is approximately 89 acres and features eleven (11) wetlands, three (3) perennial streams, and two (2) pond features. This project is proposed impacts to streams and buffers, mainly for roadway impacts and SCM grading. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of wooded land with some single family residential structures. General land use in the vicinity of the project consists mainly of forested land with rural residential structures with maintained lands.
