Casa Esperanza Montessori School is proposing the construction of a
new school location in Wake Forest, North Carolina. The project site
is off of Star Road, between Height Lane and Via Fortunata Plaza
(PIN No. 1739640225). The project
will include development of the subject parcel, as well as tying into the
existing sewer line on the parcel
directly to the north of project (PIN No. 1739640646; owned by Living
Word Family Church, Inc.). BC Construction Group has been
contracted to complete the construction at the site.
