As we discussed over the phone I am requesting a temporary crossing for construction purposes. We plan to install a 18" equalization pipe at the crossing location and fill the area to allow for the crossing. The crossing should not exceed 40' wide x the length of the crossing. We anticipate using approximately 200 cyds of fill at the crossing. Once we are finished with the crossing e will remove the fill and pipe and restore the affected area to preconstruction condition as best we can. Please reply to this e -mail with any additional information you may need or a confirmation approving this activity. This project will hopefully begin construction in November or December of 2012. 1 have attached a PFD showing the proposed approximate location for the temporary crossing. We propose to install an 18" equalization pipe and fill the area to allow us to cross the wetland in order to perform grading operations on the site. The impact should be no more than 40' wide x the length to cross the wetland. We will remove the pipe and restore the wetland to its original grade and condition once we have finished using the crossing and prior to completion of the contract requirements. Please review this request and let me know if this will be acceptable and if there are any specifics you would like us to address. Thank you,
