Was plowing through old e -mails and came across this one. I just took the purchase of buffer credits as a given. The
answer is "yes" the project will still require buffer mitigation. Sorry if there was any mix up. If you should have any

Good morning Roberto — I received your revised 401 this week—thanks again for the quick turn - around.
I did notice one thing: your letter did not specify that PNG was required to purchase the 2,286 credits of riparian buffer
mitigation. Was this just an oversight, in which case PNG will go ahead and purchase them, or did you make a
determination that these were not necessary for this project? Just your email confirmation will be fine either way, and
I'll pass the info on to PNG.
