The forthcoming PCN will be a request for Nationwide Permit#14 for the
West Boulevard Extension project located east of 1485 in Charlotte. NC.
The site is a proposed extension of West boulevard west to Dixie River
Road and a realignment of Garrison road. The road is being proposed to
