Inspection Summary
On April 13, 2021 this facility was inspected to determine what progress had been made since the previous inspection. I met
with Carol Morgan on site. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The totes which previously lacked secondary containment have all been disposed of or relocated. The permittee shall
continue to monitor all tote/liquid storage practices to ensure ongoing compliance with all secondary containment
requirements.
The permittee will continue efforts to update and maintain the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site Compliance will
be determined during future unannounced inspections.
