Inspection Summary:
On April 13, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Mike Huffman on site. No major issues were noted
during the inspection. However, it was noted that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention plan lacked all required documentation
(Spill Log, Feasibility study). The permittee shall revise documentation procedures to meet all requirements outlined in the
NCGO80000 General Permit.
