1. If it is not possible to provide level spreader- vegetated filter strips to address the diffuse flow
requirements of the Neuse buffer rule, then the stormwater generated by Marco Drive Extension
must be directed to a BMP that removes a minimum of 30 percent TN and 30 percent TP. For
each proposed BMP, please provide either:
a. One copy of the approved SNIP, including plan details on full -sized plan sheets,
with proof of the Town of Apex's approval.
b. A completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items for the DWQ to review.
The BMP Supplement Forms are available at:
http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/bi-np-i-nanual. Please include both the Design
Summary and the Required Items Checklist along with all the required items listed
therein.
