The Town of Troy's Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR), covering January 1st through December 31st 2020,
has been reviewed by the Division. After the receipt of additional information on 4/12/21 (consent order for
Wright Foods) and 4/16/21 (public notice of SNC), the review indicates that the PAR is in good order and
satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H.0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance of North Carolina
Pretreatment Programs.
