Engineers, Inc., to act on my behalf and take actions necessary in the processing, issuance,
and acceptance of the Jurisdictional Determination (JD) and any subsequent required
Section 404 permit application(s).
Representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are also hereby granted permission to
access the project site in the processing of the request for JD and any future Section 404
permitting actions.
