I met with Sun Temple Helgren to discuss the hold issues on this project on May 18,
2007. He's a consultant recently moved here from Virginia and is learning the NC regs.
I gave him a short primer on the GC's, especially the one he applied for. After reviewing
the file and noting that Mike Horan gave him a letter exempting the pond from the Buffer
Rules, we determined that the diffuse flow question doesn't need to be answered (no 2 on
our hold). However, he does need to apply with 5 copies and an application fee. He also
needs to provide us the Cumulative Impacts analysis. These materials will be provided
by June 1, 2007.
