Reference the Department of the Army permit issued to Redtail- Gaston, LLC on January 28,
2008, to authorize the discharge of fill material into waters of the United States, for construction
of the Eaton's Crossing Shoreline Redevelopment project, consisting of five boathouses, two day
dock structures (120 slips), and the resurfacing and repair of an existing boat ramp, on the Lake
Gaston shoreline, to accommodate the new Eaton's Crossing residential community, north of
Littleton, in Warren County (Property center at — 36.506° N. Latitude, -77 970 W Longitude),
North Carolina. Also, please reference your October 25, 2012, letter, transmitting a copy of the
permit, which you have signed to indicate that the property, the permit, and the associated
liabilities have been transferred to you, and requesting an extension of time to complete the
activities authorized by the permit, to June 30, 2013.
We have reviewed the permittee transfer, and the requested extension of time. We
acknowledge transfer of the property, the permit, and the associated liabilities to Eaton's Crossing
NC, LP. We have determined that the proposed time extension is appropriate and reasonable, and
that no public notice is required for this modification. Therefore, the permit is hereby modified to
extend the time limit for completing the work authorized to June 30, 2013. All other conditions of
the permit remain applicable
