Dear Mr. Lopez:
This is to report on the Comments Section of the November Compliance Biomonitoring
Inspection.
Item Number 1 - The section around the collection area for the travel screen has been
enclosed so that any leakage is returned to the plant.
Item Number 2 - The drain on the dumpster has been replaced and the dumpster lids will
be closed after each use. The dumpster will be emptied more often.
The manhole with the parshall flume has arrived. I am working with a contractor to
schedule the installation as soon as possible.
