Nitrate, Nitrate/Nitrite, and Phosphorus were flagged D. Nitrite was flagged J. On 12/3, fecal
coliform exceeded daily maximum. All disinfection equipment was fully operational and effluent was clear. WWTP flow and all other treatment parameters were normal and within limits.
