Mr_ and Mrs. Stoy are requesting the transfer of State Permit No, 38-12. It was originally issued to Charles
and Carolyn Wilson on May 2, 2012. A purchase of the property by Mr. and Mrs. Stoy occurred on March,
12, 2021. It has remained an active permit through renewal since the date of issuance. Most recently, State
Permit No. 38-12 was renewed on July 7, 2020 and expires on December 31, 2025.

BEING all of Lots 9 and 9A as shown on a map entitled "Revised map of
Survey for L.E. Howard" as recorded in Map Book 25 at Page 136 in the Office of
the Register of Deeds of Pender County, North Carolina.
Together with rights and egress and ingress over roads shown on Maps of
"Forest Sound" and the extension of Howard's Lane 64 feet wide adjacent to Lot 9
as described above.
Grantor does not warrant title to Lot 9A described herein and the purpose and
intent of this deed is to convey all of the Grantor's right, title and interest, whatever

Hampstead , as requested in the permittee's application letter dated 6/10/20
This permit, issued on July 7, 2020 - - , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with. the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) This Renewal shall be attached to the original of Permit No. 38-12, which was issued on 5/2/12, as
well as all subsequent renewals, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a
Division representative inspects the project for compliance.
2) In order to protect juvenile shrimp and finfish populations, no excavation or filling shall be permitted
between April 1 and September 30 of any year without the prior approval of the Division of Coastal
Management, in consultation with appropriate resource agencies.
3) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this Renewal.
(See attached sheet for additional conditions)
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date.
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires fiuther Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
December 31, 2025
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.
