This is to inform you that the City of Dunn has completed the installation of a parshall
flume with a chart recorder to provide flow proportional sampling at the effluent
pumping station for the Black River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The sampler has
been in operation for a couple of weeks and seems to be performing well.
