The water ended up in the storm drain system and was returned to the Stewart Creek. As you are aware this is the same place the supernate would have been returned had it gone through the system. There were no solids discharged. The overflow occurred because of an effluent valve malfunctioned which required the operator to rewash the filter. He failed to check the lagoon level before he ran a rewash cycle. Corrective action has been applied. If you have any questions, please contact me. Thank you. Sincerely, Joseph T.
