Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on April 20, 2021. I spoke with
James Hutchins during the inspection. The following are items that require attention:
~ Station Y 479+00 R - Maintain measure at outlet to JS to prevent sediment loss.
~ Station L 12+50 L (East Bound Off Ramp) - Recommend adding coir log at end of lateral base ditch to prevent
sediment loss to JS. Also recommend adding additonal stone around drop inlets.
NPDES inspections are up to date.
