Mr. Meilinger,
On the afternoon of February 8, 2021, I received a call stating that the contractor had hit our gravity sewer line at 502
parallel dr. When I arrived at 1:00 pm and seen the damage done I called our crew to gather all the materials we would
need to fix the issue. When the crew arrived, we fixed the problem as quick and safe as possible. To help prevent
another sso we do now ask the contractors to have the correct material on site when crossing one of our utility lines to
help with the repair time. If you have any other suggestion on different ways to prevent this from happening, we would
love to hear them as we do want to work close with NCDEQ.
