Dear Mr. May,
Please let this correspondence serve as my written response to the notices of deficiencies received by Square One, LLC
pertaining to Hinson Farm #40-04, Holloman Farm #40-55, and David Murphrey Farm #40-27.
As you noted a POA was sent by Curtis Barwick for each permitted site. We have followed these plans and have each
farm back in compliance with the required freeboard levels.
The extremely wet winter was the main factor in these locations having freeboard deficiencies , but we feel confident
moving forward that conditions will allow proper management and compliance.
