Dear Ms. Manuel:
Carolina Water Service of North Carolina appreciates the inspection of the above -named facility
performed by Mr. Josh Brigham, and offer the following response as directed:
Item (5)- Andrew Van Meter serves as ORC of the drinking water treatment system. Stephen
Harrell serves as ORC of the wastewater system with Donald Leary serving as Backup ORC. Both
are certified at the appropriate level.
Item (7)- De -chlorination tablets have not been stored at the facility because no discharge
occurs, but we will begin keeping them on hand as requested.
