1.This project will require a Stormwater Permit.

2.A performance security or bond will be required prior to approval of the
Stormwater Permit for all stormwater BMPs in accordance with Section 402
(B) of the Stormwater Ordinance.

3.An escrow account will NOT be required for all proposed BMPs prior to
