ARMCFacilityExpansion PROJECT: 2.A performance security or bond will be required prior to approval of the Stormwater Permit for all stormwater BMPs in accordance with Section 402 (B) of the Stormwater Ordinance. DATE:11/1/2012 3.An escrow account will NOT be required for all proposed BMPs prior to REVIEWEDBY:MSL approval of the Stormwater Permit in accordance with Section 404 (B) of the Stormwater Ordinance. 4.The following information should be provided with the TRC Submission as required by the Stormwater Administrative Manual.
