RE: Notice of Deficiency: Unpaid Permit Fee for NCC201748 - Correction
NCC201748_Annual Fee Invoice_20210401.pdf
High
We sincerely apologize, but this notice of deficiency was accidentally sent out prematurely. Please note the annual fee
for the Construction Stormwater COC for this project (Culver's Kannapolis) is due by May 1, 2021. The original invoice is
attached.
Because we forwarded the payment review task past the NOD step, the information on the ePayment website will
reflect a "PAST DUE" status instead of "OPEN." The payment is not past due until May 2nd, but that status will not affect
your ability to make a payment. Please be sure to pay the $100 annual fee for this NPDES stormwater permit
below. Once we apply the payment, the status will be revised to "PAID."

Again, we apologize for this mistake. It was just swept up accidentally in the batch of outstanding invoices from our
March mail out. Please let us know if you have any questions. If this project has been completed and closed out, we'd
like to remind you to fill out a Notice of Termination form as soon as possible at this link:

appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.
