Mr. Thompson, attached is the transfer of CAMA Major Permit #187 -08 that was originally issued to Carolina Coast and
Lakes, LLC. The hard copy will follow in the mail to:
PO Box 537, Newport, NC 28570
Also, presently we only have 1 set of the (2) large workplan drawings in the office file. It is standard procedure to
forward all the drawings and the application from the original permit to the new party receiving the transferred permit,
however, because (2) of the drawings associated with this permit are too large for DCM to copy, it is not possible to
provide you these as it will leave us with no copies of the permitted project in our office. If the HOA would like a copy,
you are more than welcome to come by our office and take the original drawing and have a copy made, but in this
instance we will not be forwarding the large workplan drawings with the transfer, but will forward the smaller drawing
as well as the application and the letter citing removal of the proposed boatramp. It is required the permittee
(Chadwick Shores Plantation HOA) still remain in compliance with the active permit. I apologize for this inconvenience as
it is an issue we do not run into often and I have no way to rectify as we do not have the equipment to make the copies
at our office. Please contact me if you need further assistance.
