The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorisation to hereby granted for th© construction
of additional facilities for the existing 3.3 MGD wastewater treatment facility con-
sisting of pH monitoring and controlling equipment to serve the Feldspar Corporation.
This Authorisation to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III paragraph
C of WPDJ S Permit Jo. NC0400353 issued September 18, 1980. and shall be subject to
revocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and 11mt.tatt os specified in Permit No. MC0000353.
