Attached are Staff Reports, Fact Sheets and Draft NPDES Permits
for the above referenced facilities. You should note that the final
effluent limits in the draft permits' are identical to the limits
outlined in Configuration IV of the exis'FHnq permits.
Copies of the effluent limits pages have been transmitted to the
Technical Support Branch for review and approval. A copy of the
information submitted to the Technical Support Branch is attached to
this memo.
