Jeanne -
According to our contacts in Region IV, we have to submit any changes for industrials with a four -page
worksheet (called NPDES Permit Rating Work Sheet). I've asked Sergei, Toya, and Dawn to do one for
most of these majors (that are questionable).
So far -- NC0000361•, NC0003344, NC0028835, and NC0045993 are all minors. I'll ask Charles to change
their designations (along with Riverplace) in BIMS. The jury is still out on the other ones, but I hope to
have the work sheets finished shortly.

You didn't mention the industrials listed in that Excel spreadsheet. The eight
listed below are Minors in PCS. Charles has already told me that NC0001376 is
being reissued as a Minor. Am I safe in assuming that the rest are truly Majors
and need to be upgraded in PCS?
NC0005126 has .5 MGD and NC0005363 and NC0045993 have no flow. This tells me that
it still takes manipulation from EPA to make these facilities Majors.
