Other Violations/Staff Remarks:
Upon reviewing Dec 2020 DMR, I found the values stated on the monitoring report (see above) are Outfall 001 - Influent readings
and not Outfall 001- Effluent. I have attached the link for all values pertaining to Outfall 001 — Effluent. The monthly avg =
8.673913 mg/I, Daily Max = 9.2 mg/I, and Daily Min = 7.9 mg/I. Possible computer error in generating violation report, therefore I
recommend no action.
*Last 12 months: no violations , however currently (Jan 18 2021) in violation for AQTX permit limit violation — proceeding to NOV.
