Monthly average flow was checked against eDMR and confirmed to be in non-compliance. Report comments stated,
"Non -Compliance of Monthly Average Flow was a result of persistent inclement weather." Alamance county did encounter unusual
rainfall and a significant ice storm in February according to NOAA historical data. The violation was 5% over and with no prior
enforcement history concerning flow violations; I recommend no action, bpi.

*Investigated BIMS for prior violations from July 2020 to Feb 2021.
