We recently purchased 113 Chuckwagon Road (lot 2042) located in a
cove at Lake Royale. It has —122 lakefront shoreline that we want to
initiate protection, so we can develop the lot for a 3 bedroom house (for
which I have a zoning permit Franklin County Zoning Permit - Z-21-383).
We plan to implement a rip rap for shoreline protection via professional
contractors with experience at Lake Royale. We plan to install a small pier
with dock (less than 10ft projecting into water).
The lot is a steep lot.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
