The Site is located +/- 500 feet east of the intersection of Tarboro
Road and NC 98 six miles northwest of Bunn, in Franklin County, NC.
The coordinates of 35.9816°N, 78.3619°W generally correspond to
the center of the Site. The proposed project is a residential
development. A buffer determination site meeting was held on
January 10, 2020, with Mr. Josh Brigham of NCDWR and Mr. David
Gainey of Sage Ecological (see attachments).
