I am helping Valley Proteins update their Stormwater Permit Data for 6 sites located in NC. All of the facilities will have a
new Responsible Official. I am attaching the 6 forms to this email and have already submitted them online using the
NPDES SW Permit Owner Affiliation Change Request Portal.
Other changes for contact information and site names are listed below. The two site name changes are just spelling
changes and dropping an ending of the site name. Do these changes require an official "Name Change Form" since they
are still the same site and owner? If so I can submit those.
