Suzanne,
I have submitted a copy of the name/ownership form for the Coats American facility in Marion, NC (NCG170269). Many
of the site contacts in the database were old and have been updated with the current site contacts. I was not able to
download the form. Can you send me a copy of the form as submitted?
The billing contact should be John Moss and he is also listed in the attached form as the site contact.
The site has the following outfalls. Note: only 1 outfall is listed in the Owner Verification Report in the database.
