The billing contact should be Tommy Jones and he is also listed in the attached form as the site contact.

A description of each outfall is below.
Outfall #1 (Drainage Area 1)
Drainage Area 1(±4.90 acres) consists of an area along the eastern property boundary which
discharges to Outfall 1 located on the southwest portion of the property. The drainage area
includes the employee parking lot, eastern chiller room, boiler room, electrical substation owned
by Duke Energy, and runoff from the manufacturing building roof. Stormwater will flow via sheet
flow eastward towards Outfall #1. An underground pipe located near the Duke Energy substation
collects stormwater from the boiler room and substation north of the manufacturing building and
directs it towards Outfall #1. Outfall #1 discharges east towards the South Fork Catawba River.
Outfall #2A, 213, & 2C (Drainage Area 2)
Drainage Area 2 (±6.79 acres) consists of the area northeast and south of the manufacturing
building. This Drainage Area consists of the Tank Containment Area (eastern portion only),
northern employee parking lot, Chiller Room, and Small Compressor Room to the northeast of
the manufacturing building, and the cooling tower and employee parking lot to the south of the
manufacturing building. Stormwater will flow east via sheet flow towards a series of storm drains
which discharge off the property at Outfalls 2A, 213, or 2C. Stormwater runoff at areas south of
the manufacturing building will flow via sheet flow east towards a storm drain located southeast
of the manufacturing building. The storm drain will then direct stormwater north towards another
storm drain and then will discharge through Outfalls 2A, 213, or 2C. Any stormwater from this area

that is not captured by the southeastern storm drain will flow off the property via sheet flow.
Outfalls 2A, 213, and 2C will discharge east towards the South Fork Catawba River.
Outfall #3 (Drainage Area 3)
Drainage Area 3 (±9.06 acres) consists of the area along the western property boundary which
discharges to Outfall 3. This Drainage Area consists of the Tank Containment Area (western
portion only), Oil Storage Shed, trash compactor, metal dumpster, north employee parking lot and
run-on from the adjacent property to the west and Interstate 85 to the south. Stormwater in
Drainage Area 3 is conveyed via sheet flow towards Outfall 3 and a small detention pond. Surface
overflow from the small detention pond will discharge to the large detention pond which then
discharges into a ravine flowing east. The ravine will eventually discharge to the South Fork
Catawba River.
