The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject property on April 12, 2021. We are forwarding Permit No. SW4210301, dated April 16, 2021.
This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified
