Hi Sue and Bryan:
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the King's Crossing project, which involves the culverting of
two unnamed tributary (UTs) to Muddy Creek, permanently impacting 159 ft of stream; installing riprap in the
stream beds at the culvert locations, impacting 60 ft of stream; and temporarily impacting 9 ft of stream for
pump around equipment in Surry County.
The project should not impact wild trout reproduction and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
Andrea
