We are in favor of the Division undertaking temporary rules in order to provide a permitting mechanism to authorize
impacts to wetlands now no longer subject to the federal Clean Water Act.
Currently we have no path to assist our clients on permitting necessary, unavoidable impacts to these resources which
hinders development. This issue impacts all our clients, ranging from various public to private entities.
