The riparian buffer impacts for Deep River summary sheet have been revised and is attached. As for the
Critical Area parameters from West Fork to Deep River, 17(110) details include:

Della and Jerry,
Please confirm that the proposed project is or is not located within the critical area (CA) of a water supply raw
water intake. It does not appear that it does, but the PCN provides information stating that West Fork Deep
River (at the proposed project location) does reside with the CA. Please confirm so that we can prepare a 401
Certification. Thanks.
