Hey Jeff,
Please provide additional information regarding proposed Bridge 8 deck preservation treatment. For example,
a paragraph would suffice that describes the process, materials used and how DOT’s contractors conduct the
operation including minimization efforts in relation to any discharges to the Yadkin River/Tuckertown
Reservoir. We need to review the requested information, prior to issuance of the 401 Certification. Thanks.
