Stephanie Goss Please give a brief project description below and include location information. * PNG received Section 404/Nationwide 12 permit approval from USACE on 1/22/2021, and the 401 Water Quality Certification and Neuse Riparian Buffer Authorization from DWR on 12/21/2020 for this project. However, since receiving the approvals, PNG shifted the pipeline alignment and easements approximately 10 to 15 feet to avoid a conflicting water line and the Highway 42 DOT right of way. The change in design resulted in an 0.05- acre increase in the permanent conversion of PFO to PEM wetlands, permitted at 0.24-acres and increased to 0.29-acres. The permanent and construction easement widths are unchanged, and the stream and riparian buffer impacts have not increased.
