V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
The ARO currently has no concerns about removal of the separate monitoring and tonnage limit of the source
residuals. The final product is tested before distribution and has not historically shown an exceedance of
permit limits. TCLP results of the digestate from 2018 did not demonstrate hazardous waste characteristics.
There are currently no additional residuals sources and the Town is under a full pretreatment program. The
Wastewater Superintended indicated they only purchase bulking material (wood chips) from one supplier to
limit the chance of cross contamination and simplify traceability should they receive abnormal results.
