This project proposes the construction of a single-family residential
development including but not limited to roadway infrastructure,
residential lots, utilities, and SCMs. The Bright Leaf project is located at
the stub/end of Heritage Drive in Wilson, NC and is approximately 27
acres. Wetland impacts associated with lot fill are probable. Existing
conditions onsite consists primarily of agricultural and cut land with two
(2) wetland features (W1 & W2). Land use in the general vicinity of the
project consists of single family residential developments along with
forested and agricultural land.
