Dear Mr. Davidson,
On behalf of the Town of Waynesville we are notifying NCDEQ that in accordance with condition
2.b.2 of the above referenced Special Order by Consent, approvable plans for an Authorization
to Construct permit have been submitted to NCDEQ NPDES Complex Permitting Unit in Raleigh.
Plans and Specifications have also been submitted to the Division of Water Infrastructure as
required by the State Revolving Fund loan conditions.
