A sediment release had previously been reported on March 26, 2021 after a large rain event (~3.5 inches in 24 hours.
The following are items that need attention in order to get the site back into compliance:

system.
- ~ Station L 180+00 RT (Blair). Need groundcover.
- ~ Station L 168+00 LT. Maintain measure next to JS.
- ~ Station L 131+50 RT (Site 9). Remove sediment from pipe. Okay to install coir log at outlet to capture residual in
pipe. Follow up inspection scheduled for 4.26.21.
- ~ Station L 129+00 RT (Anderson). Sediment observed in a JS and wetland. Sediment requires removal and
stabilization on site. Upland areas with sediment impacts can be stabilized in place with mulch and native seed mix.
Follow up inspection is scheduled for April 26, 2021.
- ~ Station L 68+00 LT. Small amount of sediment directly above culvert inlet needs to be removed.
