Dear Mr.Harris:
This correspondence is in reference to your letter dated April 8,2021,for the above referenced site.As per
permitting requirements,monitoring was required for temporary impacts being associated with Bridge 17 on US
15/401 being restored.
After three years of monitoring the Temporary Wetland and Stream Impacts have reattained jurisdictional status as
required. Th regulatory agencies agreed to closeout at the site review meeting March 10,2021.
By copy of this letter,we are notifying you that this site can be closed out as described in your letter,and the final
monitoring report dated June 2020.
