Notice of Intention to Transfer Subject Property
Dear Mr. Bailey:
I am writing again as environmental counsel to Goria Youngs Mill, LLC (“Goria”)
regarding the above-referenced matter, and with reference to that certain Tolling Agreement
between Goria and the USACE, signed on behalf of Goria on March 17, 2020 and countersigned
by the USACE on April 6, 2020. Pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Tolling Agreement, Goria is
required to notify the USACE prior to transfer of the subject property. This letter is to advise
USACE that Goria intends to transfer the subject property on or about April 19, 2021. Counsel
for the intended transferee, Ms. Eloise D. Bradshaw, Esq., is copied on this notice letter.
