ORC indicated "We had a weekly BOD violation for the week of February 14 - 20. This was due to heavy rains we received on Feb
15 th which caused a plant washout due to only having 1 of our 2 final clarifiers being in service. This led to the BOD violation and
elevated TSS levels for Feb 16th samples. We returned to compliance on Feb 17th and 18th, however the high BOD on the 16th
caused us to exceed our weekly average limit."
