ORC indicated that "Week 1 is missing the TPO4,TKN,NO2NO3,TN on the effluent sample. This was the first month the employee
was doing these COC and labels for bottles and this was an oversight on our part. We have started sampling for both influent and
effluent for all parameters every week so this does not happen again."
